This week we are joined by the President and Owner of Archadeck, Russell Henderson!

About our guest: Russell Henderson is a man of faith, a husband to his wife Magan of 13 years, and father to three big-hearted girls who someday will change the world.

Russell has been a student of entrepreneurship since the age of 18, pursuing opportunities in real estate…specialty e-commerce for broke college students like himself…as well as partnering with a luxury boot company to manufacture a custom branded motorcycle boot to solve the problem with pant legs creeping up while riding.

Leaving corporate America for good in 2016, Russell burned the boats and focused full time on a new endeavor as a franchisee for Archadeck Outdoor Living in Nashville, TN.  Since then, Archadeck of Nashville has rapidly grown to be a national top sales performer while receiving the franchise Customer Satisfaction award year after year.   His company is now expanding into Chattanooga, TN,  their third franchise territory, and are looking to replicate the same success that Nashville has afforded them.   

With a passion to positively impact others and the communities where they serve, Russell and his team are just getting started.
